Steps
- Print labels the same day. Orders move to Awaiting Shipment after the LIVE.
- Pack and check each order. Match the item and quantity to the order before you seal it.
- Get a carrier scan within 2 business days. The order must reach In Transit. A manifest or an in-app single or batch scan can count.
- Never miss tracking. Without tracking within 5 business days, the order auto-cancels.
- Aim for delivery within 6 business days.
- For first-class letter (FCML) orders, generate the label within 2 business days. They auto-cancel at 5.
- Watch your metrics weekly. Keep late dispatch rate (LDR) at 4% or less, valid tracking rate (VTR) at 95% or more, on-time delivery (OTDR) at 80% or more and seller-fault cancellations (SFCR) at 2.5% or less.

Common Mistakes
- Treating label printing as shipping. The order needs a carrier scan.
- Letting LDR go above 10%, which leads to enforcement.
- Not appealing a real system failure. ERP or integration failures are an accepted appeal reason.

Note: Appeals: file the first within 30 days and the second within 15, with at most 2 per enforcement.
