For: New sellers nearing 30 delivered orders.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

Steps

  1. Know when you get a score. After 30 delivered orders in 90 days. You're compared with sellers in your best-selling category.
  2. Learn the six metrics. 1–2 star reviews (60 days), non-buyer-fault returns (60 days), seller-fault cancellations (30 days), on-time delivery (30 days), messaging dissatisfaction (60 days) and after-sales handling time.
  3. Remember recent orders count most. Older orders lose weight by a factor of 0.7 every 15 days.
  4. Know the thresholds. See the table below.
  5. Use small-shop protection. Shops under 180 days old with 30 or fewer orders get a 3.5 floor on a metric hurt by 3 or fewer bad orders (not on after-sales handling time).

What Each Score Unlocks

From TikTok's SPS page. Scale is 0 to 5.
ScoreWhat You Get
2.5+Flash Deals, +10% visibility
3.5+Affiliate, Campaigns, 5-day settlement, +20% visibility, CRM, Sales Accelerator, leaving probation

Below 3.0Affiliate plans and campaigns end; you need 3.5 to rejoin

Common Mistakes

  • Confusing it with Whatnot's SPS (Seller Provided Support).
  • Ignoring messages. After-sales handling time counts; TikTok aims for under 12 hours.
  • Thinking old good months protect you. Recent orders weigh most.

Checklist

  • 30 delivered orders in 90 days reached
  • Current score checked
  • Weakest metric found
  • Messages answered within 12 hours
  • Plan to reach 3.5

Find where your refunds begin.

Five blank sheets for a 30-day refund review: case log, cause map, suspected vs confirmed, cases and dollars counted apart, and one plan.

  • Case log for the last 30 days
  • Cause map across buying, listing, pick, check, pack, carrier and post-sale
  • Suspected vs confirmed sheet, kept deliberately separate
  • Cases, dollars, replacements, postage and rework hours in their own columns
  • A 30-day plan with one change per week
  • A short page on running the review without fooling yourself

Blank sheets only. The kit states no acceptable refund rate, no benchmark and no prediction about how a platform will decide a case.
