Steps
- Whatnot: ship within 2 business days of the sale. Weekends and holidays don't count.
- Whatnot: the order counts as shipped at the carrier's drop-off scan, not when you print the label. Whatnot tracks this as your On-Time Scan Rate.
- TikTok Shop: reach In Transit within 2 business days of Awaiting Shipment. A carrier scan, a manifest or an in-app single or batch scan can count.
- TikTok Shop: add tracking within 5 business days, or the order auto-cancels.
- TikTok Shop: get it delivered within 6 business days.
- TikTok Shop first-class letter (FCML) orders: generate the label within 2 business days; they auto-cancel at 5.
- Pack both platforms in one session. The 2-business-day window is the same on both.

Common Mistakes
- Counting a printed label as shipped.
- Forgetting that weekends don't count, then missing Monday's scan.
- Assuming FBT orders count in TikTok's LDR, VTR and OTDR. They're exempt.

Note: TikTok appeals: first within 30 days, second within 15, at most 2 per enforcement. Integration (ERP/ISV) failures are an accepted reason.
