Not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Steps
- The day before: list products, plan pins and giveaways, and test your stream.
- One hour before: count the stock you'll show and match it to your listings.
- First 5 minutes: say who you are, what you're selling and what happens next.
- During: pin each product as you show it. Answer chat. Use only the LIVE Giveaway tool for giveaways.
- Closing: thank viewers and say when your next LIVE is.
- After: pack and scan every order within 2 business days.
Common Mistakes
- Skipping the stock count, then selling items you don't have.
