For: Sellers growing past running every show alone.

Steps

  1. Streamer: runs the show on camera. Presents items, runs auctions and giveaways, talks to chat.
  2. Runner: keeps the show moving off camera. Brings the next item from the waiting area, moves sold items to the sold area with the buyer or order label.
  3. Packer: picks, checks and packs orders after the show, and gets them scanned within 2 business days.
  4. Ops lead: owns stock counts, the show run sheet, shipping deadlines and refund follow-up.
  5. Write each role down. One short list of tasks per role, so a new person can step in.
  6. Add roles in order. Many sellers add a runner first, then a packer, then an ops lead. Add the role that removes your biggest bottleneck.

Common Mistakes

  • Having the streamer also track sold items during the show.
  • No written task list, so only one person knows the process.
  • Hiring a second streamer before anyone owns packing.

Checklist

  • Each role's tasks written down
  • Runner moves sold items with labels
  • Packer knows the 2-business-day deadline
  • Ops lead owns counts and deadlines
  • Next role to add decided
