How This Is Calculated
Method
- A problem order is any row with a non-empty cancelled_or_failed value. Everything else counts as valid.
- Net revenue sums original_item_price on valid rows only.
- Average order value = net revenue ÷ valid order count.
- Problem-order rate = problem orders ÷ total rows.
- Products are aggregated by product_name, falling back to sku when the name is blank.
- If the export has no cancelled_or_failed column, every row is treated as valid and the page says so.
What It Excludes
- Margin and profit: cost_per_item and total_cost are not used, as their meaning in the export is unverified.
- Buyer identity: the shipping address is discarded at parse time and never displayed.
- Geography, buyer loyalty, timing and coupon analysis.
