Your dashboard is full. GMV. Watchers. Units. Fees. Pack times. Someone always has another chart.
Most of that is activity. Only a few numbers change what you do on Monday — buy, hold, hire, fix a path, kill a format, attack a refund pile.
This week's assignment
- List five numbers you actually looked at last week.
- For each, write the decision it changed. If you can't, it doesn't belong on the weekly scorecard.
- Replace empty ones with one metric from show economics, inventory, flow, accuracy, or team rhythm.
