Your refund rate can't tell you what to fix.
A symptom isn't a diagnosis. Sort the leak — then attack one pile.

The rate moved. The dashboard shrugs like that's the whole story.
It isn't. Some tickets are short packs. Some are claims your records can't support. Some are product. Some are still unsorted. Case % is not dollar % — and neither includes the hours you burn on the ticket.
This week's assignment
- Pull your last twenty refund-related tickets (or last week's — whichever is faster).
- Sort into packing / count, claims your records can't support, product / delivery, unresolved — mark confirmed vs suspected.
- Write totals separately: cases, refund $, replacement $, postage, rework hours.
- Pick one pile for two weeks. One fix.
