Pull your last ten “missing item” tickets.

Sort packing errors from the rest — then pick one fix.

By SaleTrail

The message lands: I bought three. Only two came.

Maybe they did. Maybe they didn't. Without a count check at pack — and proof of what went in the box — you're guessing. That guess costs the refund, the hours on the ticket, and the next cart that waits while you dig.

A lot of those refunds started on the floor, not when the customer opened the box.

This week's assignment

  1. Pull your last ten refunds or "missing item" tickets.
  2. Sort each one: packing or count error, a claim that doesn't match your records, a product or delivery issue, or unresolved.
  3. Attack the biggest pile with one change — count-before-seal, a gift checklist, or filing a pack record you can find again.
  4. Answer claims without predicting the outcome. Platforms decide disputes.
The Refund Started Before The Customer Opened The Box

Fix the count. Keep the record. Spend the next hour on the pile that actually costs you.
